Terms and conditions
1. Entry
· To enter the competition you must register on www.StakeholderDialogues.net by July 31st 2013.
2. Eligibility
· To enter this competition you must be 18 years old or older at the time of entering. If you are a resident in a country or jurisdiction where the competition may breach any local laws or regulation you will not be eligible to enter the competition.
· Employees of the Collective Leadership Institute or members of its families are ineligible to enter the competition.
· The competition may only be entered once. Multiple registrations on www.StakeholderDialogues.net will be counted as one entry.
3. The prize
· The winner will receive a free participation at one of the Executive Education Programs offered by the Collective Leadership Institute. All taxes, insurances, transfers, over-night stays and other expenses related to the participation in the course are the sole responsibility of the prize winner.
· The prize is non-transferable and there is no cash alternative.
4. Selection of the winner and contact
· The winner will be selected at random by an independent person, or under the supervision of an independent person.
5. Liability
· The Collective Leadership Institute does not accept responsibility for any fault, malfunction, damage, loss or disappointment suffered by the entrant or participant howsoever arising from participating in the competition or from accepting the prize.

for any incorrect registrations on www.StakeholderDialogues.net, for any disruption,
delay or misdirection of such registrations.
6. Privacy
· Any personal data will be used in accordance with the www.StakeholderDialogues.net privacy policy.
7. Jurisdiction
· These terms and conditions for any claim, cause of action or dispute arising out of all related to these terms and conditions shall be governed by the laws of Germany whose courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
8. Third party rights
· No third party shall have any right to enforce any term of these terms and conditions.
9. Entire agreement
· You agree that these terms and conditions constitute the entire, complete and exclusive agreement between the entrant and the Collective Leadership Institute regarding the competition and supersede all prior agreements whether written or oral, or established by custom, practice, policy or precedent.
